Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude....

One of the few reality shows I allow myself to watch (of COURSE we have reality shows here) is The Amazing Race.

We just started watching the new season, the family edition, and so far they haven't left the United States! Come on, people, get out! If I wanted to watch a show about crap in America, I'd watch every other show on the English speaking channels (AND some of the Indonesian ones!), save the Discovery Travel Channel. I've sat through two and a half episodes so far and no one has even once needed a passport. Seriously, folks, let's go! Africa, people, Europe, come on! And Canada does NOT count, I'm sorry.

Maybe they're waiting until the couple with the freaky, obnoxious blonde children get kicked off. These kids are scary. The family is like the uber-Flanderses, only kind of evil and on crack. If nobody leaves the country OR the Village of the Damned-children family doesn't get kicked off, I'm giving up and watching Indonesian game shows instead.
