Take one and call me in the morning
Musical recipe for curing extreme crabbiness:
All That You Can't Leave Behind, U2
Crash, Dave Matthews Band (old school Dave, it's a good thing)
Busted Stuff, Dave Matthews Band
Genius Loves Company, Ray Charles and Friends
School of Rock soundtrack (some good angry rock music from the Doors, etc.)
Jagged Little Pill, Alanis Morrisette (a few more angry songs, if needed)
Rock Spectacle live, Barenaked Ladies (haven't you always wanted a monkey?)
The Hip Hop CD Bork let me put on my iPod, because it contains Baby Got Back, and who can be mad when they listen to a song about ladies with sizeable posteriors?!
Combined with copious amounts of coffee and a nice two-period planning time before the day's classes start, this should cure just about any kind of morning crankiness. At least I really, really hope so...
